Considered to be high in protein, & many other benefits to hair, skin etc.; Ragi is the top most reommended ingredient to all following weight loss journey. So here is Gluten Free Ragi Chilla. You can have this from breakfast to dinner any time of the day.

Ingredients :
1/2 cup Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
Approx 3/4 to 1 cup Water
1 small piece of Carrot, shredded
Handful of finely chopped Coriander
Finely chopped Onion
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method :
In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
Add 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
Add approx 3/4 to 1 cup Water gradually and mix it
Rest the batter for 15 min
Add a small piece of shredded Carrot
Add a handful of finely chopped Coriander
Add finely chopped Onion
Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Salt as per taste and mix it well
Heat the pan, add 1/2 tsp Oil on it and wipe with the help of tissue
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it around to make thick chilla
Drizzle some Oil on it
Cook on medium heat until it's golden-brown from both the sides
(Make more chillas with the same procedure)
Enjoy this Super Healthy Ragi ke Chille with Green Chutney or Dahi
