Add some resistance and variety to your Pilates based exercises!

I'm using an 80"/200cm (approximate) band. The extra long band helps give you the freedom of movement needed to perform the exercises where you are stretching overhead and pressing away with the feet. You can determine the strength of band you use, but bear in mind the arm exercises may be a challenge with a very heavy band! Enjoy.
