We will start with some abdominal activation (everyone loves to work the core!) and move into some side-lying glutes. Then we work the whole body with a bird dog series and finish with some triceps and a good old fashioned plank!

Modifications are given so this is good for all levels to try. Send it to your loved ones you want to keep active in iso!
