How to use embossing silicone to make 3D effects on fabric
Preparation:
1.Mesh:120-150(48T-49T)Mesh number;
2.Squeegee:65-75 degree squeegee sharp and flat;
3.Embossing silicone XG-360KY-65;
4.Embossing silicone XG-360BH-1 mixing ratio10%
5.Embossing machine:heating pressing

Process:
Step1: Embossing silicone print 1 layer on fabric
Embossing silicone XG-360KY-65 100G 100%
Embossing silicone catalyst XG-360BH-1 10G 10%

Step2:Can stick a thin fabric on the printing fabric backside   (depends on  design )

Step3:Embossing machine heating pressing
Upper mold 180 ℃
Bottom mold 120℃
Heating time 15 seconds （The lower the temp,the longer the heating temp ）
