Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee:80-120(32T-48T) mesh number;65-75 degree squeegee.
2.Pigment:XG-serise pigment mixing ratio 10%.
3.Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 for Crossing linker mixing ratio 10%,for transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y mixing ratio 2-3%.
4.Thinner XG-128AH mixing ratio 10%.
5.Table drying temp 120℃-130℃ for 5-6 seconds
6.Baking at 80℃ for 30 minutes.

Process:
Step1:Crossing linker under print 1-2 layers.
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  5G

Step2:Round silicone thickening print 15-20 layers
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y  100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  2-3G
Thinner XG-128AH  10G

Step3:Florescent orange pigment print 3 layers
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  1-1.5G
Pigment XG-serise  5G
Thinner XG-128AH  5G

Step4:Florescent blue pigment print 1 layers
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  1-1.5G
Pigment XG-serise  5G
Thinner XG-128AH  5G

Step5:Florescent purple pigment print 3-4 layers
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  1-1.5G
Pigment XG-serise  5G
Thinner XG-128AH  5G

Step6:Top print
1)Glossy silicone print 3-4 layers
Glossy silicone XG-399-3  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  1-1.5G

2)Matte silicone print 1-2 layers
Matte silicone XG-866M-6+  50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2  1-1.5G

Step7:Baking at 80℃for 30 minutes.
