Baking today is our Anzac Biscuits, which you can find in our special ANZAC BISCUITS.

At Messina HQ, we make everything from scratch. Each gelato has it's own unique recipe, and our in-house bakery makes and bakes everything which we add to it.

It’s a feat that we as a company are very proud of, but honestly not that many people know that we go to this much effort. So we figured it was about time that we came out of the shadows and made this weekly video series that gives you a little behind the scenes look at what goes on everyday here at Messina HQ.
