You'll need
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup red lentils
1 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup rice
6 cups hot water + 2.5 cups hot water
For the sauce;
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups hot water
1 teaspoon dried mint
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 cup = 200 ml
