This German peach streusel sheet
This German peach streusel sheet cake, or Pfirsichkuchen vom Blech, is a thin vanilla sheet cake topped with sliced fresh peaches and topped with a buttery streusel topping. This type of cake is very common in Germany for using up the current in-season fruit--so you can use whatever is in season, such as apricots, plums, cherries, berries, apples, pears, or swap in canned fruit in the middle of winter!
