Roast Rabbit recipe

While watching this video of Atticus9799's (Noreen) video:

Noreen's Kitchen:  How to Make Bacon ...

I got an idea on how I might modify this recipe for rabbit.  

It turned out great!    Thanks Noreen!  


NOTE:  Edenjill in the comments below had an excellent tip / observation:   She mentioned flipping the rabbit halfway through the cooking process so the bacon on the underside gets crispy too.   Definitely going to do that next time!   Thanks EJ!
Nasty comments (typically from dramatic teenager girls) regarding eating the poor, sweet, little bunnies we raise will be promptly deleted and the commenter banned.      While you are definitely entitled to your opinion, I don't have to entertain it on my channel, especially if you can't express yourself without profanity, good grammar,  and/or proper punctuation to boot.   I know you text all the time, but it will behoove you (look it up) to learn to write proper sentences before you graduate.
