Panjeeri Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
• Oil                      2 tbsp
• Almonds roasted                  ½ cup
• Walnuts roasted           ½ cup
• Cashews roasted    ½ cup
• Edible gum sautéd    ½ cup
• Semolina roasted           ½ cup
• Melon seeds     4 tbsp
• Desiccated coconuts    4 tbsp
• Pistachios roasted   2 tbsp
• Clarified butter     4 tbsp
• Lotus seeds             1 cup
• Raisins             1/4th cup
• Cardamom Powder    1 tsp
• Powdered sugar            ½ cup

Method :
Roast dry all the ingredients and set aside, in a processor chop lotus, edible gum and add to roasted semolina, add half the nuts and chop them, and mix them with the raw nuts, now combine everything together, making sure the semolina is roasted properly, and edible gum as well.
Combine sugar and cardamom powder or essence, and store it.
