ArcGlobe Locator -Advanced Cartographic Design

In this tutorial, I cover a quick and clean way to produce a globe locator map with nice relief and a soft feathered edge, using ESRI ArcGlobe. In this case, we are covering the entire South American continent, but you could also add a shapefile of specific country if that was your focus. Next, we export to a .png so that we can have a transparent background, and then open that in Adobe Photoshop.
