Fresh and tasty salad with French charm. Tender duck confit, salad mix, fresh vegetables with spicy dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar - a perfect combination of flavors and fragrances, which will be a great lunch or a dinner starter.

Duck Confit Salad

Ingredients:
1 confit duck leg
5 garlic cloves
70 g salad Frisee
70 g Arugula
2 cucumbers
3 tomatoes
2 champignons
8 quail eggs


Preparation:
Combine Arugula and Frisee. Slice mushrooms and tomatoes, dice cucumbers, cut boiled quail eggs into halves.
Slice duck confit. Combine and season to taste.
Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
