Hi guys!
Welcome to the third week of Wellness month? I can't believe how quickly we have arrived here! How are you feeling? Do you feel stronger? The holidays are just around the corner and I know my time visiting Max's parents will be full of great food and some relaxation. Do you have any plans for the holidays?
I hope you're up for a good sweat today! I wanted a workout that strengthens and tones both my abs and my lower body so here is one for you! It is so nice to switch it up sometimes and I am also excited to hear from you which type of workouts are your favorite.
My goal for this month is to feel stronger than I have ever been. Do you have any fitness goals?
