Pen and Gear No 2 Wood Pencil Review #walmart

When I saw an 8-pack of these pencils for 47 cents, I had to wonder about how they were made and the quality. At less than 6 cents per pencil, were these instruments any good? I take the Pen+Gear pencils on a test drive.
