Ponzu sauce is a citrus-based
Ponzu sauce is a citrus-based sauce commonly used in Japanese cuisine. Ponzu sauce is mixed with soy sauce, citrus juice & sweet rice wine. It’s a traditional Japanese dipping sushi sauce. So I am going to show ponzu sauce recipe.
Ponzu Sauce Ingredients:
200ml rice vinegar
200ml Mirin (sweet rice wine)
100ml low sodium soy sauce
1pc lemon
1pc orange
5g bonito flakes
Note: Here are some food for using ponzu sauce
1.ponzu sauce for sushi
2.ponzu sauce for oysters
3.ponzu sauce for scallops
4.ponzu sauce for tuna tataki
5.ponzu sauce for yellowtail jalapeño appetizer
6.ponzu sauce for pork chop
