Hi everyone. Today, I'm showing you how to make ponzu sauce. Ponzu sauce is an umami-rich citrus soy sauce often used in Japanese cooking. I often use it as a dipping sauce for sushi, sashimi, grilled fish, steaks, shabushabu, and many other things. Also, it becomes a tasty dressing when mixed with olive oil or sesame oil.  Thank you very much for watching!!😊

Ponzu sauce Ingredients
Regular soy sauce 250ml
Lemons 3 if small, 4 ( Lemon juice 200 ml)
Rice vinegar 50 ml
Mirin 100ml
Dried bonito flakes 10g
Dashi konbu 5g
