Ingredients: Prep: 15min › Cook:25min
• ½ cup mix dals (tur, mung, chana dal)
• 2 cups mix greens (methi, palak, amaranths, etc.)
• ½ cup carrot, cauliflower
• ½ cup tomato chopped
• ½ cup capsicum chopped
• 1 tsp garlic crushed
• Salt
• Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Lemon 1 tbsp
• Oil 1 tsp
Method:
1. Boil mix dal with chopped mix greens, carrots and cauliflower in a cooker for 2-3 whistles.
2. Heat oil in pan and fry crushed garlic, tomato and capsicum.
3. Add boiled dal and veggie mix. Add salt, chilly and spices.
4. Mix well and boil for a minute. Add lemon for tangy taste.
5. Serve with rice or roti!
