Zayka Ka Tadka
Recipe

Ingredients
1- Whole wheat dough / Gehu ka aata - As required
2- Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
3- Water - As required
4- Capsicum / Shimla mirch (Red and green) - 1/2 Cup
5- Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
6- Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - As required
7- Salt - As per taste
8- Onion seeds / Kalonji - As required
9- Sesame seeds / Til - As required
10- tsp = teaspoon
11- tbsp = tablespoon
Instructions
1- Take the medium soft wheat dough and make round shaped big circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha.
2- Apply ghee to it. Join the edges of the paratha and seal it. Dust it with flour and roll it to make a paratha.
3- Sprinkle some drops of water on it. Spread capsicum and coriander leaves on it. Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, onion seeds, and sesame seeds. Now slightly roll it.
4- Meanwhile, heat a tawa. grease it with ghee. Place the prepared paratha on the tawa. Cook on one side.
5- Flip it once it is slightly brown, apply ghee on both sides, and cook it on a low to medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy.
6- Once done. Take it out to the serving plate.
7- 'Dhaniya Mirch Ka Paratha' is ready to be served.
