This is a gentle, relaxing workout that touches all the major muscles in your body so that your body repairs your muscles while you sleep, burning extra calories. And the yoga infused moves in this workout will help you slim down calves ❤

Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

And I couldn't agree with him more!

If you want to slim down your calves, it's not  really effective to do 100 different stretches once in a while. It's more effective to do a few moves to lengthen out those calf muscles over and over and over!

For best results, do this routine before bed at least 5 days per week.

Remember that you should be able to do every pose calmly (No straining!) If you can't do any of the poses in this routine calmly, then PLEASE back off.

It's not about "No pain, no gain." The honest truth is, "No pain, no injury!"

If you are new to yoga or exercise in general, just understand that your flexibility might be different from mine. Go to the degree that feels right for you. With practice, over time, your body will begin to adjust and become more elastic.
