Garlic confit
If you know, you know. It literally goes good on everything. Marinades, toast, dressings!! You name it!!
📌 save to make later  
1 cup garlic cloves
1 sprig rosemary
1 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Red pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a small saucepan.
Add the rosemary sprig, olive oil, salt, and red pepper to the saucepan.
Heat the mixture over low heat. Simmer gently for about 30-40 minutes until the garlic becomes tender and golden.
Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
Once done, let the garlic confit cool before transferring it to a jar.
Store the garlic confit in the refrigerator for later. I store it up to 2 weeks usually. But it never makes it that long cause it so good.
