When medicine takes the place of justice, who decides to lock up the sick or let them go free? Access of fury, attempted escapes, crisis of paranoia: a hospital team shared the daily life of patients and nursing staff at the Saint Jean de Dieu psychiatric hospital in Lyon. The goal of caregivers is to prepare patients for discharge.
