Forward head posture or upper crossed syndrome is one of the most common postural problems.
Occurring mostly when a slouched sitting posture was sustained for a prolonged period.
This poor posture weakens deep neck flexors and scapular retractors such as the lower trapezius and serratus anterior muscles.
During this video mobility, stability and strengthening exercises will be performed and explained for fixing your forward head posture, neck hump or so called hunchback.
