Today we decided to share a vegan dessert with you. It’s a vegan variation of the traditional “Tiramisu” with a lemon twist. We really hope you have a great time watching and if you like this video, please make sure that you like it and subscribe to our channel.

Ingredients for vegan “Sponge Fingers”:
6 tbsp. coconut butter
160 ml. vegan unsweetened soya milk
100 gr. icing sugar
50 gr. agave nectar
200 gr. plain flour
2 tsp. fine corn starch
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt

Lemon Cheese Filling:
300 gr. Organic Tofu (silken & smooth)
4 tbsp. agave nectar
2 tbsp. coconut butter
400 ml. coconut cream
2 tbsp. icing sugar
1 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tsp.  fresh lemon juice

Syrup:
(for sponge fingers)
1 espresso coffee
