Join me for a 10 minute SIDE CORE WORKOUT to shape and sculpt through your abs and obliques. We'll have 12 moves total with intervals of 40 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. This is a wrist friendly routine which means no direct pressure on your wrists. No high planks, but there will be a few low planks on our forearms.
