A1: Lateral lunge and press – 2 x 8/side
A2: Landmine press – 2 x 8/side

B1: Seated banded abduction – 2 x 20
B2: DB Arc row – 2 x 15/side

C1: Pistol squat – 2 x 8/side
C2: Reactive plate drop – 2 x 8

D1: Iron cross – 2 x 8/side
D2: Inchworm with extension – 2 x 6
