Click on the link in the description below. bit.ly/RDSWEEPSFD1 Ingredients: Lauki/bottle gourd, 400 g Mustard oil, 2 tsp Dal wadi, 8-10 Panch phoran, 1 tsp Dry red chilli, 2 Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Green chillies, 3 Sugar, 1 tsp Coriander leaves, 1 tbsp Method: Wash, peel and chop the lauki into matchstick sized pieces. Soak in water until needed. Heat mustard oil in a wok, and fry off the dal wadis in it until they turn golden brown. Drain and set aside. In the same oil, add panch phoran and dry red chillies. Once they stop spluttering, add the chopped lauki. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well, and cover until the lauki releases water and is half cooked. Once the lauki is half cooked, slit some green chillies and add them. Cook the lauki until done, then add sugar and corianger leaves.
