WHAT’S FOR DINNER ON KETO?
WHAT’S FOR DINNER ON KETO? | WHAT TO EAT KETO DIET | EASY KETO MEAL PREP IDEAS |Suz and The Crew
With leftovers, these quick and easy keto dinner recipes made enough food for a week of keto meals! I hope these keto food ideas and low carb recipes will make keto meal planning and keto meal prepping easier for you and help you to master keto eating!
First up, this week, we made a yummy Keto Ham Casserole. This was such a delicious and easy keto comfort food recipe and a great way to use up the leftover ham from last week. Next, we made some Mexican Zucchini and Beef. This turned out to be a rather spicy dish, which I loved. We toned down the spice level, on the leftovers, by adding a little sour cream and shredded cheddar on top. It is the perfect keto recipe to make in bulk when doing your keto meal prep for the week. We also made Carolyn Ketchum’s Keto Jalapeño Popper Pizza and it was our favorite keto recipe of the week! There were zero leftovers of this, as we are huge keto pizza fans in this house! Lastly, I cooked up some Keto Chicken Carbonara. This made my entire house smell like an Italian restaurant and my toddler even came into the kitchen sniffing the air and saying “yummmmm” over and over! The leftovers were even more flavorful and it’s another great keto recipe to meal prep ahead of time and eat throughout the week.
