Honey Granola:
-6 c. rolled oats
-1 c. chopped nuts
-1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
-1/4 c. butter melted
-1/2 c. avocado oil
-1/2 c. honey
-1/2 c. raw sugar
-1.5 tsp salt
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: Bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
Oat Flour Banana Bread:
-2 c. oat flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-3 bananas, mashed
-1/2 c. melted butter
-1/2 c. honey
-2 eggs
Instructions: Bake at 350f 30-40mins, till toothpick comes out clean.
