Today, we will work for 45 seconds with no rest into the next activity.  This is designed to get your heart pumping at a pace that you can keep going the entire time.  This is not designed to to be high intensity with rest but a steady state the entire time.  
You need NO Equipment today outside of your sweat towel, drink and of course your Great Attitude!

3.                   Pull Back 2x Knee Drive Cross 2x
4.                   Walking Lunges

6.                   Plank Shoulder Taps to Pull Back
7.                   Plank to Stand
8/9.               Lateral Step to Curtsey - R/L
10/11.           Squat Toe Tap to Kick - R/L
12.                 Bear Crawl
13.                 Plank Launcher
14.                 Circle Kicks
15/16.           Step Back Hip Hinge - R/L
17/18.           Front Punch Opp Front Kick - R/L
19.                 Pike to Plank T
20.                 Crab Walk to Rocker
21/22.           Plank Kickback to Knee Drive - R/L
23/24.           Plank Toe Touch to Reach
25.                 Lateral Glide
26/27.           Squat Rotation - Clockwise & Counterclockwise
28.                 Goodmorning
29.                 Speedbag
30.                 Attack Jack
31.                 2 Squat with Forward Lunge
