Today, we will work for 30 seconds with a pause and do it 3x through. We will do 1 core activity then a single side HIIT activity on each side before moving back to a core activity.
I am using a light dumbbell that I can move easily.  For reference, I am using my 10# dumbbell, but use what works best for you.

1.                Butterfly Sit Up
2/3.            Snatch - R/L
4.                Toe Touch
5/6.            Swing - R/L
7.                Russian Twist
8/9.            Press & March - R/L
10.             Leg Drop
11.             Strong Finish 💪🏻 : Plank Pull Thru to Swing
