❀Recipe for one loaf of 8.5 x 4.5 Inch (21.6x11.4cm):  
   ・Bread Flour  330 g
   ・Caster Sugar  20 g
   ・Instant Yeast   4 g
   ・Milk Powder  7 g
   ・Salt  4 g
   ・Condensed Milk  18 g
   ・Whole Egg  50 g
   ・Cold Water  185 g
   ・Unsalted Butter   28 g
   ・Raisin  70 g

❀Recipe for one 450g loaf pan:
   ・Bread Flour 250
   ・Caster Sugar 15
   ・Instant Yeast  3
   ・Milk Powder 5
   ・Salt 3
   ・Condensed Milk 14
   ・Whole Egg 38
   ・Cold Water 140
   ・Unsalted Butter  22
   ・Raisin 55

❀Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, and bake on the low rack for about 35-37 minutes. When the dough is baked in the oven for about 20 minutes, and the surface of the bread has been coloured to golden brown, you need to cover the top of the bread with tin foil to prevent it from being burnt.
