The pita bread at authentic Lebanese restaurants is to die for! It's the best part of Lebanese cuisine, so how they make it industrially? Khubz, khoubz or khobz (Arabic: خبز‎), the Arabic word for bread, but usually used by non-Arabic speakers to refer to a flatbread that forms a staple of the local diet in Arabic-speaking countries from the Arabian Peninsula to Morocco.
Khebz is a round pocket bread widely consumed in Lebanon. It is similar to pita bread but has a bigger air pocket and thinner layer of bread surrounding the pocket.
