The pita bread at authentic Lebanese restaurants is to die for! It's the best part of Lebanese cuisine, so how they make it industrially? Khubz, khoubz or khobz (Arabic: خبز), the Arabic word for bread, but usually used by non-Arabic speakers to refer to a flatbread that forms a staple of the local diet in Arabic-speaking countries from the Arabian Peninsula to Morocco.
Khebz is a round pocket bread widely consumed in Lebanon. It is similar to pita bread but has a bigger air pocket and thinner layer of bread surrounding the pocket.

With every day that goes by and every discovery made and every new venture developed, the aim is one. My aim is to keep people connected to each other and to their roots, to make everyone enjoy, smile when they taste something good and unique, to discover the endless food artisans available across the country... creating a positive and rich environment that allows us all to embrace what we have and embrace life.
