In this video I'm going to show you how to make healthy gluten free vegetable fritters.

Here's a quick overview of what you'll see in this video:

First, I'll show you how to make basic batter using just a few simple ingredients such as: egg, oats and milk. In this step you'll see that I'm not using plain white flour or any other grain flour. Instead of flour I use ground oats, which is gluten free.

Next, you'll learn how to combine oat and egg batter with couple of different vegetables. The general rule is to add 2 cups chopped vegetables to 1 cup batter.

Then I'll show you how to fry the fritters properly. Using right heat is really important here, you don't want to get them burned.

Also, there's a recipe for quick yogurt dipping sauce, you can whip up in just 2 minutes. Definitely try dipping the fritters in this sauce for an extra flavor dimension.

Finally, I'll show you how to make these healthy vegetable fritters in 3 different ways.

First version is sweet corn and peas fritters, all you need to do is measure the veggies and combine with the batter, and you're ready to fry.

Second version is red peppers and green onions. Chop the veggies, mix with the batter and you're good to go.

Third version is zucchini and carrot fritters. Grate the vegetables, and leave the zucchini to release excess water, because you don't want to make your batter too thin after adding the vegetables.
