So I went with: dark chocolate, cocoa glaze and chocolate peanut butter sauce. Talking about the taste, I liked the cocoa glaze the most. 💚Get a FREE ebook: 5 Ways to Turn ANY Treat Into a Delicious Healthy Recipe: howtocooksmarter.com/free-ebook/ HEALTHY SNICKERS BARS RECIPE (Makes 18 bars) Ingredients: 1.5 cups ground oats (or oat flour) (150g) 1/2 cup almond meal (50g) 1/4 cup coconut oil (50g) 3 tbsp honey 2 cups dates (300g) 4 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup peanuts, dry roasted and salted (65g) 4 oz dark chocolate (80g) NUTRITIONAL INFO (per bar): 228 calories, fat 11.6g, carb 29.6g, protein 4.5g Preparation: For the nougat layer, in a bowl, combine ground oats, almond meal, coconut oil and honey.
