Goan Pinagr/ Pinaca / Pinac is a Goan Traditional Sweet. One of the Christmas sweet from the Christmas platter.
Ingredients For  20- 25pcs
2 Cups /400grms Parboiled Rice
2 Cups Freshly Shredded Coconut
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Cup Water
1&1/2 Cup / 300grms Goan Palm Jaggery

***We use 1 Standard US Cup of 240ml is equal to
200gms Granulated Sugar
225 grms Caster Sugar
100grms Powder Sugar
250grms Butter
140grms Flour
100grms Freshly Shredded Coconut

** We Use**
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
