The plaintiff gave money to her ex-son-in-law while he was still with her daughter so they wouldn’t lose their home. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant refuses to pay back the loan, as well as child support for her grandchildren, so she’s suing. The defendant admits he accepted the money, but he insists he paid most of it back already.
