♡ Step by step video on how to make a chocolate cake with black beer 🍫🍺😋. The most common and popular black beer is Guinness. But for example in Mexico there’s a beer called “Negro Modelo” which you can also use for the cake 😉. The final result surprises because it doesn’t have the taste of beer. But truth is it highlights the taste of the chocolate and in the end we’ll get a very very delicious cake! ♡

► CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH GUINNESS
● 250ml Black beer like Guinness or Negra Modelo.
● 250g Unsalted butter
● 340g Normal white sugar
● 120ml Cream with at least 35% of fat
● 2 Tbsp of lemon juice (or rice vinegar or apple)
● 2 L Eggs
● 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
● 250g All purpose flour
● 80g Sugarless powdered unflavored gelatin
● 2 Tbsp Baking soda (9g approx)
● Pinch of salt

► FROSTING
● 350g Cream cheese
● 180g Icing sugar
● 400ml Cream with at least 35% of fat

► GANACHE  (OPTIONAL)
● 120g Dark chocolate
● 60ml Cream with at least 35% of fat
● 20g Unsalted butter

► OTHER INGREDIENTS (OPTIONAL)
● Pretzels
