               糯米(50g)
               水(140g)煮飯所需要的
               香菇(2個)
               杏鮑菇(80g)
               蘿蔔乾(少許)
               西蘭花的根莖(60g)
               薑(少許)
               純素蠔油(1.5湯匙)
               味霖(2湯匙)
               鹽(一點點)
               香菇調味料(一點點)
               麻油(少許)
 
小貼士:1、味霖可以提鮮,沒有味霖的可以加一點糖代替。
                2、根據蘿蔔乾的咸度和個人口味來決定加不加鹽。
                3、用保鮮膜包住壽司卷席,後期比較容易清洗。

                King oyster mushroom (80g)
                Dried radish (a little)
                Broccoli root (60g)
                ginger (a pinch)
                Vegan oyster sauce (1.5 tbsp)
                Mirin (2 tbsp)
                salt (a little)
                Mushroom seasoning (a little bit)
                sesame oil (a little)
 
 Tips: 1. Mirin can enhance the freshness. If there is no mirin, you can add a little sugar instead.
                 2. Decide whether to add salt according to the saltiness of the dried radish and personal taste.
                 3. Wrap the sushi roll mat with plastic wrap, which is easier to clean later.

▸禁忌人群
凡湿热痰火偏盛,发热、咳嗽痰黄、黄疸、腹胀之人忌食糯米;糖尿病患者,脾胃虚弱者不宜多食糯米。
▸适宜人群
一般人群都能食用糯米。糯米适宜体虚自汗,脾虚腹泻,肺结核、神经衰弱、病后产后之人食用。

▸ Taboo crowd
People with damp heat, phlegm and fire, fever, cough with yellow phlegm, jaundice, and abdominal distension should not eat glutinous rice; diabetics and those with weak spleen and stomach should not eat more glutinous rice.
▸Suitable crowd
The general population can eat glutinous rice.  Glutinous rice is suitable for people with weak body and spontaneous sweating, spleen deficiency and diarrhea, tuberculosis, neurasthenia, and postpartum people after illness.
