This Mexican dish is so simple to make yet full of flavorrrr! Keep on watching to see step by step of how I make this wonderful recipe along with my Mexican white rice with corn!
Ingredients:
4 lbs of pork shoulder, picnic roast
6-8 calabacitas (Mexican squash)
4 small tomatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, cubed
4 garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp chicken Bullion
2 cans El Pato sauce, yellow can
1/2 cup of water
White rice with corn:
2 cups of white rice
4 cups of water
2 tbsps chicken boullion
2 garlics, whole
little piece of onion
1 can of corn
