Full recipe:

4 cups of all purpose flour or 1 lb of all purpose flour
about 2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 cup of lard or manteca of your choice (you can substitute lard for vegetable shortening, butter, or oil)
about 1 cup of warm water, add gradually
