Kitchen wild folk magick is so powerful, especially for the witch who practices solitary folk witchcraft. Kitchen Witchery tips for the solitary folk witch was such a great focus for me to craft this very long vlog style video. I attempted to craft a video that had real practical advice for beginner kitchen witches who may practice solitary witchcraft and those who are advanced kitchen witches too. This is very much a guide on how to practice kitchen folk magick, kitchen witchery and wild kitchen witchcraft. These are some really simple kitchen witchery tips.

Add 50/50 Lilac or other flowers to the sugar and hand grind or use a food processor
You can replace some of the sugar with lilac honey

Tea Blend for Ulcers/ Digestive Support
1 part Rose, 2 part Plantain, 1 part Mugwort, 1 part Hibiscus, 1 part Marshmallow Root, 1 part Licorice
Vanilla Beans, Lilac Flowers dried in 60% Jojoba and 40% Avocado Oil (6 week sit)
Please learn how to make an oil before you try this. Do some research. All plants must be dried before you infuse them into an oil. The oil must be filled to the top of a jar to prevent any mold or bacteria from growing.
Disclaimer: Always consult your doctor if you are consuming wild plants. Working along side a trained herbalist is recommended, however, if you are on any medication you should always talk to your doctor about recommendations when working with plants in your diet. Some plants can interfere with medication.
