Let's begin with forest witchcraft. As a forest witch I know it can be difficult to know where to begin. There are so many energies to work with and the forest is vast. Today I wanted to share how to start a forest witch apothecary. Forest Witchcraft is currently an undocumented practice. Let's change that.
Becoming a forest witch took many years, as I built my practice as a solitary witch, with many witches around me who didn't understand it. There was even an element of shaming but I developed my own way with my own set of rules to live by as a practicing forest witch. Today I am sharing some of those core ideas of forest witchcraft with you and hope that if you are like me, called to the craft, you are not alone.
I call myself a green forest witch because I am additionally an herbalist, forager and witch. I talk about both green witchcraft and forest witchcraft here but to me they are very much the same. You can be a forest witch without being an herbalist but you will forage for many of your own magical practices.
Even if you are not a forest witch but you want to learn about it and perhaps incorporate some of the ideas into your practice that is wonderful. I think harvesting your own supplies is truly meaningful. I recommend a few things below to help you get started.

My Forest Witch Polish I Am Wild Salve Recipe
Mango Butter 1/2 cup (64 g)
Beeswax 1/2 cup (64 g)
Oil 1/2 cup (64 g) (harder) 3.4 cup (96g) (softer)
Infused DRY plants for 4-6 weeks in a dark place. You can also add a little heat in a double boiler with the plants and oil for a few hours right before you make the salve. Don't burn it. Always use a light boil and a double boiler. Keep it under 110. Look at your oil for the burn point, keep it well under that. 100 degrees usually works well. I use Avocado oil for this salve as the seed is strong, infusing more strength. The point of this is to pull out more oils from the plant, thus more scent. It is not necessary. Assess your oil after it sits. There are many salve recipe videos online. I will put it on my list to make one.

Forest Witch Renewal Spell Notes: This spell is to add strength to renew my relationship with my partner but it can be to renew anything with a few tweaks. I stared what was specific to relationship (sexuality).
