Growing up, this was a luxury food reserved for special occasions. But, with some of the shortcuts, like using the Instant Pot for the meat, this is definitely something you can make more often! It's a lot like a vol-au-vent, just with a Dutch twist. Rich gravy with tender beef, in a crispy puff pastry cup!
