HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time.

Benefits of H.I.I.T Workout:
1. HIIT Can Burn a Lot of Calories in a Short Amount of Time.
2. Your Metabolic Rate Is Higher for Hours After Exercise.
3. It Can Help You Burn Fat Faster.

We, The Fitologists have made our own routine targeting the whole body and yes no equipment is needed.The HIIT principle we have used in this routine is: 30 Seconds full intensity workout and 10 seconds of rest on every exercise. In those 30 Seconds we expect your full power and focus doing the mentioned exercise. The Exercise list are:
1. SQUAT TO REVERSE LUNGE
2. SHUFFLE TO CRUNCHES
3. WALKOUT TO PUSHUPS
4. LATERAL WALK TO JUMPING JACK
5. BEAR SHOULDER TAP
6. SIDE LUNGE TO JUMP
7. HALF BURPEES TO MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
8. FROG JUMP
