5 Minute Full Body Warm Up Routine | DO THIS BEFORE EVERY WORKOUT |

So were guys thinking what to do before our intense Tabata and HIIT workouts? We got the answer for that. This video will help you and guide you step by step on what to do before the workouts. This routine will get you warmed up and ready for the intense workout ahead.
Routine:
1. Jog with arm circle
2.  Squat with hip rotation in and out
3. Side step forward and backward with arm lateral raise
4. Sumo squat with around the world
5. Side lunge with arms up and down
6. Walk with knees to chest.
7. Hammer swing
8. Kneeling Spine rotation
