D-mannose, or d mannose, helped
D-mannose, or d mannose, helped me tremendously. I am a HUGE proponent of d mannose for UTI prevention when the infections are caused by e. Coli. I do want to share what has changed since making this video!
As of 2022: I currently use d-mannose powder, not pills, as a part of my daily routine, and I am taking probiotics again (after stopping for a couple of years, maybe sometime in 2019 - half of 2021) after having to take a few rounds of antibiotics in 2021.
