Vegan One Pot Lentil Daal

This Incredible One pot Daal is a must for your recipe repertoire! Enjoy cooking and eating this easy to make dish from scratch.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 small finely chopped green chilli
1 thumb of ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 small brown onion
1 cup of lentils soaked over night (it will double in size to two cups)
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon  
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
2 teaspoons of salt
1 medium ripe finely sliced red tomato
2 cups of water (500ml)

Add the coconut oil in to a larger preheated saucepan and allow to melt. Then add the chilli, ginger, garlic and onion and saute for a few minutes. Now you can add your spices and tomato and stir
