Ingredients:
Item 1) Millet Kaju snack ingredients are below:
1)Little Millet - 1/2 cup
2)salt to taste
3)Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
4)Chilly - 1/2 tsp
5)Hot ghee - 2 tsp
6)Oil for frying
Item 2) Jowar Millet Laddu ingredients are below:
1)Jowar rava - 1/2 cup
2)water - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
3)Ghee - 2 to 3 tsp
4)salt a pinch
5)Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup
6)Ilaichi - 1/2 tsp
7)Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
8)mixed nuts - 1 tbsp
Tips n Tricks:
1)Any millet can be used to make kaju snack
2)Similarly any millet rava can be used for laddus
3)while kneading dough for rava laddus if needed add water to make a smooth dough.
