Ingredients:
1) Broccoli Florets - 150 grams
2) Hung Curd( Yogurt ) - 1/2 cup
3) Dry roasted besan- 2 tbsp
4) Salt to taste
5) Chilli powder - 1tsp
6) Garam masala - 1 tsp
7) Coriander powder - 2 tsp
8) Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
9) Black Salt-1/2 tsp
10)Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
11)Mustard oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
12)Juice of 1/2 Lemon
13)Skewers or ToothPricks - As needed
Tips n Tricks:
1)You Can also other vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, capsicum etc.
2)you can also add Kasoori Methi.
